Italian Design Operations beyond borders
From concept to completion, Palazzo Morelli oversaw every phase of this high-end executive office project in Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada), adopting its integrated Design & Build approach. This method allows the entire design and construction process to be managed under a single direction, ensuring aesthetic consistency, precision in execution, and uncompromising quality.The project took shape starting with the development of the concept and technical design, followed by project management, on-site coordination, fit-out execution, and the procurement of custom-made materials and furnishings. A structured and fluid workflow, designed to meet the needs of a highly competitive international context such as Canada.
An international process, an Italian soulOne of the distinctive features of the project is the production chain. All elements, from custom carpentry to the finest finishes, were produced and pre-assembled in Italy, then shipped and installed in Canada under the direct supervision of Palazzo Morelli.
This approach allows us to export not only materials, but also genuine Made in Italy craftsmanship and know-how, ensuring high quality standards and precise control over every detail.

Iconic design furnishings and materials of excellenceA central role was played by the selection of high-profile materials and furnishings, curated by the international procurement division. The project integrates leading contemporary design brands that combine craftsmanship and innovation.
Among the iconic pieces included in the project are:
-H_O Desk by Poltrona Frau: an iconic executive desk where architectural rigor meets Italian craftsmanship. The interplay of Canaletto walnut, Saddle leather, and the porphyry column creates a refined balance between function, materiality, and prestige, elevating the executive workspace within the project;
-Archibald Task Chair by Poltrona Frau, chosen for its sophisticated lines and ergonomic comfort designed for executive environments;
-Saint-Germain sofa by Poliform, a piece with strong character, combining formal elegance and maximum comfort;
-Starlight chandelier by , in burnished brass and sand casting, capable of creating a warm and scenic atmosphere.
Alongside international brand products, the project includes custom-made elements, such as antique brass bookcases and custom-designed paneling, which reinforce the identity of the space and enhance the tailor-made nature of the project.
