Located in the exclusive Golf Place community of Dubai Hills, Villa Adele reflects the vision and expertise of Palazzo Morelli as design-build contractor, and of Lato Home as procurement specialist. Every element of the villa—from bookmatched Italian marble and custom furnishings to state-of-the-art smart home technology—was designed to elevate the client’s lifestyle through a unique blend of contemporary comfort and artisanal heritage.
The award ceremony will take place on 11 September 2025 at the Habtoor Grand Resort Hotel in Dubai.This recognition is a tribute to the entire team involved in the project—from designers and craftsmen to site managers and international suppliers—and a further motivation to continue creating spaces that inspire, perform, and endure.
